To use our skills and talent to help others live their dreams and reach their fullest potential - whether that’s to simply share their story or help grow their business with cinematic video and professional quality marketing imagery.
With a strong foundation in the outdoor industry, founder Matthew Guth sought a name that carried meaning—one that reflected the core values of his new company while honoring his roots. However, every name he considered was already taken. Determined to find the perfect fit, he drew inspiration from two legendary figures in conservation and outdoor storytelling: Ansel Adams and Aldo Leopold. From their legacy, "Ansaldo" was born—a company where timeless, breathtaking imagery converges with powerful storytelling, all guided by a steadfast ethical vision for the future.

Matt grew up in the wilds of Northern Wisconsin, with a passion for the outdoors. Curiosity and ambition led him to follow opportunities from Minnesota all the way to the West Coast and then back to Colorado.
He’s produced television shows for NBC Sports, PBS, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Outdoor Channel, and Sportsman Channel just to name a few. Along the way, he’s worked with some of the biggest brands in the outdoor space including Ram trucks, Winchester, Remington, Federal Premium, Gerber, Berkley, Shimano, Humminbird, and Old Town.

With over two decades of experience in video editing, production, and content creation across reality television, video games, music, and sports, Jason is a master story teller.
As Editor for shows like Tiny Paradise, Maine Cabin Masters, and Building Off the Grid he has sharpened his abilities to turn raw footage into compelling, engaging content.He’s comfortable working under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, and he takes pride in bringing the same level of creativity and attention to detail, whether he’s editing a high-energy reality show or shooting promotional content for musicians.
He’s also worked as a photographer for Bethesda Video Games, where he shot product images for
iconic titles like Skyrim and Fallout. That role gave him a strong understanding of how to create
visually captivating content that resonates with audiences.As Director of Media at Color Red
